Autofill/Profile Confusion

I created my profile already but the autofill still asks me to onboard first so I did it but it just updates my existing profile—which deleted all of my previous entries in my experience. I’m still confused on how to use the autofill feature and I don’t like how I can’t undo anything (and now I have to refill all my information).
