It would be great if the chrome extension could indicate Sponsorship/Citizenship/Clearance requirement status on other job posting web pages. Quiet a few times, I had to stop applying after generating new resume and coverletter.
Same job - Multiple sites
The extension should use "close match" logic to determine if the job on the screen is already in your job tracker based on title and company name. It should provide you with a way to then add that listing to the same job in the job tracker. I would also be able to add a link to the same job at a different URL to a job in the job tracker.

Language proficiency levels in autofill
expand languages feature Autofill currently fills all languages as fluent. Job websites use varying proficiency levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced, fluent), so autofill should let the user select their proficiencies and adhere to those selections when filling language fields.
Resume Upload Bug on Greenhouse Job Boards
The resume upload on job-boards.greenhouse does not work properly. When the resume fails to upload, there is no option to cancel the upload or re-upload a different resume. The only workaround is to refresh the entire page, but doing so clears all of Simplify’s autofilled information. This means I have to manually fill everything out again, which defeats the main purpose and convenience of using Simplify. Please fix the resume upload issue and, ideally, add an option to cancel and retry the upload without losing the existing autofilled information.
Phone Number Bug
Phone number fields on application portals like WorkDay are getting autofilled with the country code despite a separate field present for country code. This repeats the country code in the application

Return old Sidebar exit button
Recently when I try to exit the sidebar I now get options to minimize, hide until next visit, disable on this domain, or disable on all pages. This actually has made the experience worse because on multipage applications I exit quickly the first few pages and then have it autofill the next ones. So now I basically have to click twice as much. It would be nice if the x button exited immediately like it did before.
Add a legal & preferred name

Save jobs from the internet or on the Simplify platform to apply to later. Add information like url, salary, description, etc.
Custom Application Glitch
Whenever I complete a job application, the custom application pop up that comes afterwards starts flickering and reloading continuously on the screen. It doesn’t allow me to click out of it and stays stuck in a loop of constant glitching. Wish there was a way to turn this feature off as well or just have this bug fixed.

The bot uploads the default resume, rather than the tailored resume.
Why can't I edit this resume which i uploaded
I am not able to find it anywhere so that i can edit it or is it supposed to work like that you. can’t change edit the resume which was not designed by simplify’s resume builder?

not sure why the tailored resume is not being used for the autofill, its takign information directly from my profile instead of the generated one.
Next button gets blocked by sidebar
On a lot of Workday applications, after running autofill the Simplify sidebar sometimes overlays the next button and blocks progression. The current workaround is minimizing/closing the sidebar and reopening it each step, which gets repetitive across multiple applications especially when mass applying per day. It would help to improve docking/responsiveness on major sites like Workday specifically, maybe auto-docking away from common CTA button areas or switching to a compact layout when it detects a Workday multi-step flow?
